Public Hearing – 1-15 Arlington Street AMENDED – Site Plan/Special Permit - Planning Board Case No. 2016-01
In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 11, the Quincy Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 11, 2017, at or after 7:00 PM, in the 1st Floor Conference Room, Quincy City Hall, 1305 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA, on the application of CPI Management, LLC c/o Rob Simmons, 11 Beacon Street, Suite 1120, Boston, MA, 02108 for Site Plan Review under Quincy Zoning Ordinance Title 17, Section 9.5.1 (Site Plan Review) and Special Permit under Section 5.2.6 (Loading Facilities). The Applicant proposes an amendment to the original Decision, which WAS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS by the Planning Board on May 11, 2016. The proposed amended hotel project has been revised from 6-story building with 140 rooms to a 5-story building with 180 rooms and a conference room. The applicant also proposes amendments to parking layout, which was revised from102 on-site parking spaces to 91 on-site parking spaces, landscaping, drainage and other site modifications. The property contains 58,670+ square feet of land and is located at 1-15 Arlington Street and 22-30 Fayette Street. The subject property is located within the Industrial B Zoning District and is shown on Assessors Map 6106, Parcel 2-1114, 7-1112 and 8-1110.
